What's New?
11 August 2009: posted Chapter 27 of Decisions and Destiny.
My apologies to all of you who were terrified that I'd abandoned the project. As I said to you, it was always my plan to complete
the story. I just desperately needed a break from it for a bit. This is the first step in doing so.
As always, constructive criticism and comments are welcome. I hope you enjoy my latest offering.
25 July 2009: Re-vamped the FICTION page to simplify things
a bit and make the site a bit more appealing visually. Still working on Chapter 27 of Decisions
and Destiny. I should be able to post again within a couple of months. To all of you who have written begging
me to continue the story I assure you I will. I'm just sorry it can't be as quick as you'd like.
1 June 2009: Published my second website. It's called FOXFIRE AND MOONLIGHT and will feature my MIRANDY fan fiction (yes, the same fan fiction that has delayed Decisions and Destiny). It includes the serialized and soon-to-be completed JIGSAW and
my offering for the J7Faction's Tuxedos and Tailcoats Challenge, BASIC BLACK.
Just click on the site name above to go there.
And as another note, I'm back at work on Decisions and Destiny.
It will take a bit to get immersed in the Star Trek universe again, but I'm committed to getting Part 2 completed as soon
as possible.
11 February 2009: I just posted a story for our J7Faction Valentine's challenge. Ruari issued
her "MAY IT NOT SUCK" Challenge and I wrote HEARTS AND FLOWERS for it.
Your comments are always welcome!
6 January 2009: I've posted a holiday story called CHRISTMAS WISHES.
The story was written as a holiday gift for seileasdar at J7Faction in our Secret Santa gift exchange. I hope it brings a smile to your face and warms your heart a bit too.
3 December 2008: Well, we had a great response to the BACKDOOR CHALLENGE
pieces. I'm working on a stand-alone Christmas fic for Janeway and Seven. The PG rated version is a Christmas gift, the NC-17
version I'm incorporating into Chapter 28 of Decisions
and Destiny. I've got Chapters 27 and 28
blocked and Chapter 27 is partially written. I know it's been a while since I
updated, but I WILL finish the fic. This time of year makes it difficult tho.
9 November 2008: Posted the J7 Faction's BACKDOOR CHALLENGE
stories on the site. The premise of the challenge was for the members of the board to come up with story arcs they'd like
to see in J7 fanfics. The story arcs were listed and the members voted on them. We coerced five authors to take part, the
the top five vote-getting story arc ideas were written.
This challenge would not have been possible without the creative talents of the writers who volunteered
to stick their heads in the lions' mouths and write on demand. LZClotho, Monk, kimkimmy and CeeLyn
are tops in my book! And a big thank you to all the Factionistas who took part in the poll and the blatant politicking
for their favorite story plots; it was a blast!
